1. What’s the difference between the Femi, Uni and Rapha Collection? 

The FemiCap is a beautiful bouffant or bonnet style, satin-lined cap made with vibrant ankara fabric. The RaphaCap is a satin-lined bonnet with attached ties, so you can customize your headwrap look with ease. The UniCap has a stunning flat front design, satin-lined making it perfect for both female AND male healthcare professionals. The Uni Cap comes in three sizes, so there is something for every hair length in our Loc'd In Community.

2. Are all the scrub caps satin-lined?

Yes, all our caps are lined with satin material for the best hair protection and moisture retention. The satin lining will not only decrease breakage, it also can help hairstyle last longer. 

3. How does the satin lining help my hair?

However you choose to wear your locs, braids or natural hair we know you want to maintain healthy hair all the time. The satin lining of our caps keeps your hair from over-drying and decreases the friction that would happen with other materials like cotton. 

4. I love your caps prints and designs! Will there be a new patterns added to each collection soon?

Yes! We are always looking for exciting new patterns to offer you. If there is a pattern you love, go buy two, because we can't promise a re-stock of previous patterns.

5. Why Loc’d in MedicineTM?

Loc’d in MedicineTM was born with the mission to celebrate our uniqueness and the presence of medical professionals with locs in medicine. We wanted to provide high-quality hair protection that caters to all hairstyles from locs to loose naturals while celebrating the vibrant patterns of African culture.

6. Can I wear the caps outside the hospital setting?

Of course, our caps are great for work, home and play. Some of our Loc'd In community uses our caps to protect their locs at bedtime too! There are no limits.

7. Where are the caps made?

All our caps are handmade by skilled artisans in Nigeria, Africa. 

8. How long does it take to ship my package?

We will ship your package within 3-4 business days.

9. How do I wash my scrub cap?

To keep the colors vibrant and satin soft, we highly recommend you wash your scrub cap by hand using cold or lukewarm water. If you use the washing machine, select a gentle cycle in cold or lukewarm water. Allow the cap to air dry. You may use an iron on a low setting if needed.

10. What size cap should I order? 

Choosing your cap size is as easy at 1-2-3. Be sure to use our Sizing Guide to help choose the cap size and style for your hair length, style, and your desired fit. 

11. Can I return or exchange my cap? 

We will be happy to accept a return or exchange if you receive a defective cap. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges due to
